when SF is back to booming in boom bust cycles it has always gone through, SF will be back it’s too iconic topographically and the views, distinctive neighborhoods and the Dogpatch has the potential be popping trendy enclave like Williamsburg Brooklyn, there’s a UA-camr Michael Beach who did a video ‘How to fix San Francisco’ where he said Manhattanize Dogpatch and Hunter’s Point like Brickell Miami, though this was pre Covid when demand was much higher, not sure about that now more housing units and mixed development midrises industrial looking hipster lofts would be cool

I am now becoming more politically active lately, and I’ve met some cool new people. If you’re anything other than super “left”, you’re gonna get shit here. It sucks. People are brainwashed. Keep up the good work on your sobriety. I’ve always liked your channel. Just want you to know you’re not alone in the city. Also, something is really different about this place. It always had issues but the people in this city are not friendly or nice anymore. I’m sure the state of things is grating on everyone but at the same time everyone is so passive-aggressive and nobody ever means what they say or says what the mean. I feel like everyone is so hostile. And I’ve seen people bragging about the income equality and unaffordable cost of living. Since when did this become a thing? It’s like it has lost its soul.
